LocalVery Good Local collects the information an adult organization representative submits through our enrollment form. That information may include the organization name and type, the representative’s name, role, email, mobile phone, city, state, estimated starting quantity, website or social page, approximate participant count, fundraising goal, desired launch date and fundraiser purpose.
Business representatives can submit their business and contact details, address, category, proposed offer, preferred organizations and notes through our partner form. We use those details to review and respond to partnership requests. Submitting a form does not automatically create a public listing.
We do not ask participants to upload address books or supporter contact lists. Sharing buttons use a public organization link and do not disclose private enrollment or supporter information.

Sharing
Very Good Local does not sell organization signup information. We may use hosting, database and email-delivery providers when needed to operate the enrollment and communication process.
Retention and your choices
We keep enrollment information only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the request, operate the program and meet legitimate recordkeeping needs. An organization representative may contact us to request access, correction or deletion of submitted information, subject to records we must retain for legal or operational reasons.
Website measurement
We measure page visits, fundraiser and business form activity, sharing, and clicks to local businesses. A random visit identifier is kept in your browser tab and expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. We use page paths, referring website names, and campaign labels to understand which outreach helps people find us. Our measurement records do not include form answers, names, email addresses, phone numbers, full referring URLs, or IP addresses. Saved inquiries are kept separately and may be linked to the campaign that brought the visitor here.
Only authorized administrators can view the reporting and inquiry inbox. Measurement events older than 90 days are deleted when reports or new activity are processed. We honor browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. You can also turn off measurement below; the site and forms continue to work. Hosting and email providers may keep their own operational records.
Children’s information
The public enrollment form is for an authorized adult representative. It does not request player rosters or children’s personal information.
